We have been having a string of bad luck when it comes to washers and dryers. Buyer beware and all that. But Johann has been super helpful and professional each and every time. He will also let you know when a repair is even worthwhile. I appreciate that, his pricing is quite reasonable and he explains everything that he is doing and why. Which I also appreciate.

My built in counter top stove broke last week and I didn't know what I could do to get it fixed so I made a post on Facebook looking for help and he saw it, messaged me and came to my house that day to take a look at it. He found what was wrong and ordered the part and came on the weekend to fix it! He was super kind and walked me through what went wrong. If anyone has any appliances that may need fixing I recommend him!
